Challenge
To create a symbolic logo that is highly versatile, modern, fashionable, and leaves an unforgettable impression in the viewer’s mind. In addition, the brand must be iconic and easily identified from far. The visual identity can be used on different print mediums along with other marketing media.
Solution
In order to translate the Optik Club experience through a unique symbol, I focused on the two main elements of the brand concept: Glasses and Letters which is O and C to show first letter for Optik Club . Thinking of integrating these elements, I came to a solution where the 2 circle (classic icon for glasses) joins to make O and C. The result is a strong and memorable symbol.

The Icon consisting of circles along with O & C is designed to be highly versatile which leaves an unforgettable impression in the viewer’s mind. The icon was designed keeping the Optik word in mind also the circular shape which symbolizes the eyeball The small compact size allows it to be used in different mediums i.e T-shirts, caps, pens, etc. The Icon can also be used to create a brand pattern and stamps.
Typeface
Serif fonts are often used to illustrate establishment, tradition making them a great choice for brands. The traditional Serif font used establishes the buyer’s trust in the brand at the same time, the modern sub-heading shows versatility.
